IMPORTANT:Prices do not include Insurance CDW, TP, PAI and SUPER CDW. Rates and government tax are subject to change without notice. All figures include VAT at 14%.
MINIMUM RENTAL:The minimum period is 24 hours. Overtime is calculated at one third the daily rate.
PRICES INCLUDE:Insurance as described below, oil and maintenance of normal car.
INSURANCE:Prices include unlimited third party liability insurance, the customer is responsible for all damage caused in the rented car, and the days of immobilization of the vehicle.
WAIVER OF COLLISION BY appropriate compensation - (SAFE CDW):If no negligence or deliberate violation of the Terms and Conditions listed on the Rental Agreement, the customer will be responsible for damage caused by collision and rollover of the vehicle TROPICAL. The responsibility of the customer, to pay damages caused in the car TROPICAL, in case of accidents can be reduced to pay the compulsory excess (as rates in force) if the client has previously contracted to purchase the CDW.
TP (THEFT PROTECTION):If no negligence or deliberate violation of the Terms and Conditions mentioned in Terms and Conditions listed on the Rental Agreement, the customer will be responsible for partial or total theft of the car TROPICAL, fire and damage caused by acts of vandalism. The responsibility of the customer for theft of all or part of the vehicle can be reduced to pay the compulsory excess (as rates in force) if the client has previously contracted the purchase of TP.
SUPER CDW: Upon payment of the daily rate (Super CDW), the customer who has purchased the CDW and TP can reduce the value of a compulsory excess for the franchise value of the maximum binding50€.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (SAFE PAI): Is the additional cost of € 3.50, and the following coverage for driver and passagueiro: Death or permanent disability and medical expenses 14.950.00 €.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:The estimated cost of rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car and adjust the final will be done at lease termination.
FUEL:Not included in price. The cars are delivered with a full tank, which must be reenchidono end of the lease, and by the client, otherwise apply a service charge of filling 20% of the fuel shortage.
AGE OF DRIVER:Minimum 23 years with one year of driving experience.
